Customer service is through the roof! Very patient with me, amazing staff. They were very upfront with me about the process and pricing, went above and beyond while fixing my ac and even fixed my windshield wipers for free as rainy season approaches. I definitely recommend and have full trust in these guys!

Felix, the store manager was very accommodating with my exhaust issue. Even though I had not been there before nor had the exhaust installed by Meineke. We discussed the various options available and went with the most professional one. Wayne was the skilled tradesman who did the actual welding of my Borla exhaust. The price for the custom work was also reasonable. Kudos for taking me on short notice in the middle of a two thousand mile trip from Spring, Texas to Clearwater, FL.

Absolute horrible customer service. Made an appointment for 8am. The appointment was moved to 9am with no notice. When I showed up for my alignment at the correct time. I was told there was no alignments that day. No phone call, no heads up, no cancellation from the manager. This is horrible customer service and not a way to run a business. If I could give zero stars I would. Will never step foot in the establishment again. ***Response to owner comment*** You could not pay me to step foot in your establishment again. Even if you offered free services for life. Best of luck to anyone who ever decides to have their car worked on here and expect decent customer service.

Steve and his team replaced every single component of my Lexus AC system (I’m assuming that was totally necessary) and when the car was finished , the convertible top and gas gauge stopped working, fuel economy crashed , and the brakes went soft. They said it was a computer issue and sent me to Lexus offering to pay for it. When Lexus got the car , the owner of Meineke said not to do any more than 3 hours of labor to fix the car , after that I was on my own. Lexus above and beyond expectations and took the car in twice to finally discover that Steve and his team didn’t plug to major components back in when removing the dash. Images attached. The general staff (Dave) at Meineke were very kind and hard working people. Would avoid this location for anything major regardless of price, as this took about a month to resolve and it was thanks to Lexus that it was fixed.

The new owner and mechanic were great! They just took over the location. I have been there twice for different things on a new used car. Both times everyone was amazing! Once for a battery the day we got the car. Harder install then auto parts stores can do. The other was to check fluids before a longer drive. Not used to multiple radiator reservoirs on a car. The shop seems fairly priced. It also was clean and comfortable. They also don't talk down to you like some other shops. Which is great. Much appreciated in fact. I hope to continue doing business with this location and staff.
